Seating Chart

The Seating Chart is a full drag-and-drop floor plan tool for your reception. You place tables on a scaled canvas, assign guests to individual seats, mark venue features like the dance floor and bar, and export a polished PDF to share with your venue and coordinator. Every object snaps to a real-world grid so your layout reflects the actual dimensions of the room.
Navigating the Canvas
The canvas is your working space. Here's how to move around it:
- Pan — click and drag any empty area of the canvas to move around the room
- Zoom — scroll up to zoom in, scroll down to zoom out (range: 70%–175%)
- Select a table — single-click any table to select it; selection reveals quick action buttons for seating guests, duplicating, and deleting
- Open a table's guest panel — double-click any table, or click directly on a seat circle
- Deselect — click any empty canvas area
All changes save automatically as you work.
