Folia Plans & Billing
Plans, pricing, and subscription management for couples using Folia.
Folia offers a permanent free tier and three paid options. All paid plans unlock the same set of Pro features — the only difference is how long you pay and how much you save.
You can view and manage your plan at any time at foliaplanner.com/plans or through Settings → Billing.

Free
The free plan is a permanent starting point with no credit card required. It includes:
- Guest List — full guest management, RSVPs, meal selections, and addresses with no guest cap for most weddings (up to 500 guests)
- Vendors — track up to 10 vendor contacts, contracts, and payment milestones
- Budget tracking — full budgeting with category breakdowns and actual vs. planned tracking
Monthly
Full access to all Folia features at $11.99/month. Charged to your card each month. Cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Best for: shorter engagements or couples who want flexibility.
Annual (Most Popular)
Full access to all Folia features for $89, billed once per year. That's $7.42/month — a 38% savings compared to the monthly plan ($54.88 saved per year).
Best for: couples getting married within the next year who want the best per-month value.
2 Year Plan
Full access to all Folia features for $129, billed as a single one-time payment. Covers 24 months of access. This plan auto-cancels after 2 years — you will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.
Best for: longer engagements or couples who want to pay once and not think about renewals.
What Pro Unlocks
All three paid plans (Monthly, Annual, and 2 Year) unlock the same Pro features:
- Ceremony — design your ceremony layout and assign seats
- Seating Chart — map your reception floor plan and seat guests with drag-and-drop
There are no feature differences between the three paid plans.
Upgrading to Pro
- Open Settings from the sidebar and click the Billing tab, or go directly to foliaplanner.com/plans.
- Choose Monthly, Annual, or 2 Year and click the plan's button.
- Complete payment in the Stripe checkout.
- Pro features are unlocked immediately once payment is confirmed.
Switching Plans
You can switch between Monthly and Annual at any time through the Stripe billing portal:
- Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription.
- In the Stripe portal, select a new plan.
- Any unused time on your current plan is credited as a proration on your next invoice.
Switching from Monthly or Annual to the 2 Year plan requires going back to foliaplanner.com/plans and completing a new checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
All billing is handled through Stripe. From Settings → Billing you can:
- View your current plan and next renewal date
- Update your payment method
- Download past invoices and receipts
- Cancel your subscription
Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal directly.
Canceling
Canceling stops future renewals. Your Pro access stays active through the end of your current billing period — you've already paid for it.
After your plan ends:
- Pro-only sections (Ceremony, Seating Chart) become read-only
- All your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
- You can re-subscribe at any time to restore full access
The 2 Year plan auto-cancels after 24 months with no action required on your part.
Refunds
Folia doesn't offer self-serve refunds. If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, reach out through Settings → Support or the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app. Our team will review your case and respond promptly.
