Navigating Between Weddings
How to move between client weddings and understand which context you're working in.
As a planner with multiple clients, you'll constantly be moving between wedding workspaces throughout your day. Folia makes this fast and keeps it clear — you always know exactly whose wedding you're working in.
Knowing Which Wedding You're On
The floating badge in the top-right corner of the screen is your constant reference point. When you're on a client's wedding, it shows their names in blue:
This badge is visible everywhere across the planning tools — Guest List, Seating Chart, Timeline, Vendors, Budget. If you ever lose track of which couple you're editing, look at the badge.
When you navigate to a planner-side page (Home, Task Management, Rolodex, Questionnaires, Messages, or Settings), the badge switches to violet — indicating you're now in your own business context rather than a client's wedding:
The Wedding Switcher
The wedding switcher sits at the bottom of the sidebar and always shows the currently active wedding. Click it to open a dropdown of all your weddings and select any one to switch immediately — no need to go back to Home first.
The sidebar content updates the moment you switch: the couple's name in the top nav section changes, all planning tools reload with that couple's data, and the context badge updates to reflect the new couple.
