The Planner Suite is a set of tools exclusive to professional planner accounts. It layers on top of the standard wedding planning features to support running a planning business — managing multiple clients, communicating professionally, and staying organized across every wedding you manage.
The Context Badge
As a planner, a small pill floats in the top-right corner of the screen at all times. It tells you exactly whose context you're currently working in — and it changes depending on where you are in the app.
When you're on a client wedding — viewing their Guest List, Seating Chart, Timeline, or any other planning tool — the badge shows the couple's first names in blue:
When you're in the Planner Admin side of the app — Home, Questionnaires, or Settings — the badge switches to violet:
This matters because the sidebar is split into two sections that mirror the badge. The top section is labeled with the current couple's names and contains all their wedding planning tools — everything here belongs to that couple, and it updates when you switch weddings. The bottom section, labeled Administration, is your permanent Planner Suite: the tools that belong to your business, not any individual wedding.
The badge is your at-a-glance reminder of which context you're in. If you're making changes and the badge shows a couple's name, you're editing their wedding. If it shows Planner Admin, you're in your own business tools.
