Ceremony

The Ceremony section lets you design the seating layout for your ceremony — the aisle, rows, and chairs — and assign guests to specific seats. It works alongside the Reception Seating Chart but focuses on the ceremony space specifically.

Setting Up Your Ceremony Layout

1. Go to Ceremony in the sidebar.
2. Choose your ceremony style: rows (traditional), round tables, or a custom layout.
3. Set the number of rows and seats per row, or draw a custom arrangement.
4. Define the aisle position (center, left, right, or none).

Assigning Guests to Seats

Once your layout is set up, drag guests from the guest list panel on the right onto individual seats in the diagram.

• Guests already assigned appear highlighted in the guest panel.
• Unassigned guests are shown separately so you don't miss anyone.
• Hover over any seat to see who is assigned there.

Reserved Rows

Mark specific rows as Reserved (e.g. for immediate family) by right-clicking a row and selecting Mark as Reserved. Reserved rows are highlighted in the diagram and on exports.

Exporting the Ceremony Chart

Click Export to generate a PDF of your ceremony seating layout. The export is suitable for printing and handing to your ceremony coordinator or ushers.
