Meal colors the caterer can read across the room.
Create as many meal options as the caterer offers. Each takes a color, assigned automatically or picked by you, and that color follows the guest to their seat. Dietary restrictions sit on the guest record, so a nut allergy is clearly visible at the table it applies to.

Every guest sits in one of three states: Pending until they answer, then Attending or Not Attending. Search by name, filter by RSVP status or by wedding party, and choose which columns stay visible. Each client wedding keeps a separate list, so nothing crosses between couples.

Seat guests at the ceremony and the reception.
At the ceremony, set the wedding party size for each side and the order they stand in, then assign individual seats or leave whole rows reserved. On the seating chart, place every guest at a table with their meal color showing. It is the most used tool in Folia.
